Construction on the Horizon for HHHunt Townhomes at Rocketts Landing

We have a lot of community developments happening at Rocketts Landing, and we’re loving the action around here! Not only are our Riverbank Terraces at Bankside Mews residents moving in right now — construction’s gearing up for the first round of HHHunt townhomes just down the street. New owners are snatching these homes up quickly, so here’s a rundown of current progress!

In total, HHHunt — our collaborative partner leading the construction — is planning to build 82 homes. The first phase of construction will include 20 homes, and so far, we’re on track to break ground around March 18th. This building phase will also include our model home, which will be the perfect way for you to peruse the quality craftsmanship HHHunt is bringing alive with each home.

“We’re excited to offer this very new, chic urban townhome unlike any we have built in this area,” explains Lisa Khoury, HHHunt Rocketts Landing sales executive.

Homeowners are able to choose from two different floorplans: the Cameron and the Drake.

The Cameron is a three-story, 1,865-square-foot townhome featuring a generous owner’s suite, spacious guest bedroom and 2.5 baths (optional third bed and bath) — while the Drake offers the same features but with 1,983 square feet.

Each floor plan provides contemporary interior amenities, such as a gourmet kitchen with breakfast island, cozy family and dining rooms, walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, roof-top sitting area, covered porch and an attached two-car garage. Homeowners can also choose an optional rooftop terrace for enjoying all the wonderful sunrises and sunsets we experience along the James River.

Starting under $300k, these homes offer great incentives and welcoming prices — and we’re excited to offer RVA homeowners another way to enjoy living near the James River!
