Rocketts Landing’s Riverbank Terraces at Bankside Mews Nearly Ready

We’re thrilled to announce that Riverbank Terraces have started off 2014 with a bang! These riverfront, four-story homes offer unparalleled living at Rocketts Landing — and in Richmond. And we can’t wait to start welcoming all the new homeowners to our community. So, we wanted to share the news on where we are and what’s on the horizon for these one-of-a-kind homes.

We’ve been quite busy building these four unique homes over the past months. We’re happy to announce that our first homeowner closed on January 31 — and two more homeowners are scheduled to close in the upcoming weeks! And if all goes according to plans, everyone will be fully moved in by summer’s end.

Along the way, we’ve had a chance to get some sneak peaks of how the interiors look — and we have to say, they are gorgeous! Every owner has a different aesthetic taste and their design styles completely come through in their customized features. As Riverbank Terraces owners, they were able to customize many of their homes’ features, such as flooring, tile, countertops, lighting and more. From contemporary to traditional to transitional, we love how every home looks.

Riverbank Terraces at Steam Brewery Court

While we’re welcoming our newest residents at Bankside Mews, we’re also preparing for the upcoming sales and development of Steam Brewery Court. We’re planning to build five homes for this next run, which will feature all the same exclusive features as Bankside Mews — with one of the homes even being built directly over our historic beer caves.

The Steam Brewery Court floor plans are very similar to Bankside Mews homes and will offer homeowners anywhere from two- to six-bedroom homes. Our architects are putting the finishing touches on the designs right now! We have quite a few people already interested — and plan to start opening up sales within the next few weeks. If you’d like to learn more about being one of the first owners of these unique homes, then be sure to put your name on our Riverbank Terraces priority list! We hope to begin building Steam Brewery Court this year.
