Rocketts Landing Sells Out Homes in Condo Auction

They came. They bid. They purchased! On May 20, we welcomed around 70 people to our first ever Rocketts Landing condo auction. And, we're happy to report that we've sold 28 homes, meaning we're about to gain many new homeowners in our close-knit riverfront community.
Boston-based Accelerated Marketing Partners managed the auction process in a seamless experience from start to finish! At the auction's end, we had over $7mm in total sales, and our developers are pleased with the results. In fact, we sold more homes than we were expecting, which was matched with a vibrant, exciting mood in the auction room where every time a new homeowner won a bid, everyone clapped and cheered.
Rocketts Landing residents are known to be a neighborly crowd who enjoy socializing and celebrating together. So, with the great buzz in the air, we were pleased to see this vibrancy and camaraderie continue in our newest residents! We're also excited to know that at least two residents who were separately renting homes in our Cedar Works building came out for the auction and became homeowners in our Sky Line building.
Can you still purchase any original condos?
Yes! While our auction did sell out most of the remaining homes in our 210 Rock, Fall Line and Sky Line buildings, we do have 12 condos left to purchase on the market, which we've just re-priced to reflect our auction success:
- 210 Rock: Two 1-bedroom, 1-bath homes in our Tribeca Flats floorplan, with 1011- and 1014 square feet, respectively. Each is priced at $184,900.
- Fall Line: Three homes in total. Two homes have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with 1693 and 1695 square feet, and are priced at $252,900 and $283,900 respectively. The third home has 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with 3326 square feet, priced at $599,900.
- Sky Line: Five homes are available. Four homes have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with 1693 square feet, and are priced at $252,900. The fifth home has 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths, with 1870 square feet, and is priced at $359,900.
- Cedar Works: Two homes left in this historic building. One home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with 1996 square feet, and is priced at $349,900. The second home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with 3646 square feet, and is priced at $599,900.
