Next Phase of Rocketts Landing Townhomes Is Here

Great news, friends! We’re entering the next building phase for our Rocketts Landing townhomes – and you can now be among the first to own one. Continuing our tradition of creating quality homes in an inviting riverfront community, our upcoming townhomes are poised to marry the best of design and comfort.

In total, we’re planning 80 townhomes, and HHHunt is leading the construction. They’re known for developing quality homes with skilled craftsmanship across Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina — and we’re thrilled to have them as collaborative partners to bring the next level of Rocketts Landing to life.

We have two different floor plans available: the Cameron and the Drake.

The Cameron is a three-story, 1,865-square-foot townhome featuring a generous owner’s suite, spacious guest bedroom and 2.5 baths (optional third bed and bath), while the Drake offers the same features but with 1,983 square feet.

Each floor plan also provides contemporary interior amenities, such as a gourmet kitchen with breakfast island, cozy family room and dining room, walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, roof-top sitting area, covered porch and an attached two-car garage. Homeowners also have an option of having a rooftop terrace for enjoying all the wonderful sunrises and sunsets we experience along the James River.

The first building will have three townhomes and a model home, which we are planning to break ground on this month and finish by mid-May. Our second building will have five townhomes and will be in construction after we finish our first phase.
